Performance & Development Manager

Responsibilities Manage, coordinate, and track the formal performance review process, cycles, and timelines Educate managers and employees on goal setting, goal evaluation, and development planning Evolve the current performance management philosophy, ensuring that the different performance reviews are suitable for the various job functions Work with managers to assess training needs Work with managers to develop training programs Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media Select appropriate instructional methods and procedures for various situations and needs Develop and deliver selected employee and manager training Coordinate training with third party providers Conduct follow-up studies of completed training to evaluate and measure results Facilitate development planning Serve as the system administrator for the performance and learning modules in the Talent Management System (TalentQuest) Create and configure performance reviews and training courses in TalentQuest Participate as a key member of Corporate HR leadership team Coordinate with business partners and HR professionals across all offices  Personal Qualities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong cross-functional teamwork Ability to deal professionally with confidential and sensitive information Responsive and works with a sense of urgency Analytical, well organized and detail oriented Willingness to champion organizational change    Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of working experience with performance management and training/learning Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Performance Management Systems (computer systems) Working Conditions Normal office environment, with occasional overnight travel to various work locations PERFO01750

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
