Position
Summary: Perform specific accounting duties to ensure financial compliance with all internal and external requirements. Assist controller with the planning and maintenance of financial documentation.
Role Expectations:
o Serve as backup in the absence of the Accounting Manager
o Coordinate AR/AP activities
o Support review of financial documents and respond to discrepancies
o Prepare appropriate financial documents is a timely manner
o Assure proper and accurate financial information is used
Essential Functions:
o Manage all aspects of the monthly financial closing and reporting cycle
o Prepares monthly financial reports for review by the Controller
o Coordinates the interim and year end external audit
o Reconcile report discrepancies and problems
o Evaluate internal controls inefficiencies as they arise and identify solutions
o Prepare monthly corporate allocation reports as required for plant operating departments and Regional Controller
o Prepares the annual business plan and forecasting tools with the Controller
o Coordinates the annual physical inventory
o Assist Plant Controller and Regional Controller with other special projects and accounting duties as related to the position
o Other duties as it relates to this position
Essential Skills and
Experience:
o Bachelors Degree in Accounting
o Proficiency in manufacturing accounting methods
o Extensive expertise in Microsoft Excel, complex ERP environments and proficiency in other Microsoft products e.g. Power Point and Word
Preferred Skills and
Experience:
o 0-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance
o Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and organizational skills
o Experience in both US GAAP and IFRS
o Accustomed to a multi-cultural global workplace
o SAP experienceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
