Bachelor's degree in engineering, either mechanical, biomedical, or electrical3.
5
years of experience in servicing CT Imaging ProductsCT technology certification (preferred)Must live near an airportExperienced in services, repairs, and troubleshootingExperienced in repair services within a Human Medical or Veterinary marketAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesTime management skillsExcellent oral, written, and verbal communication skillsKnowledge of computer software and programs, specifically Microsoft applicationsAbility to learn and retain precise technical information on our productsKnowledge of set up functions, data entry, and process informationAbility to work independently in a busy and sometimes stressful environmentAbility to lift/carry up to 40 pounds, and push CT system into a clinicAbility to effectively use ticketing system for serviceAbility to travel 50-75% into the field
Responsibilities:
Build a long-term relationship with customersWork closely with Sales Representatives, Marketing, and Clinical SupportAchieve a positive customer satisfaction scoreSupport call resolutions on all Tier 2 technical support callsDocument the corrective actions taken to resolve a problemCompile, categorize, tabulate, calculate, and verify data thoroughlyOffer call support for EMI and on occasion the EHH clients or distributorsProcess, track, and document cost of service for each customer within the system or other methods to track costsAnswer customer inquiries with professionalism, composure, and a positive attitudeStay informed on product changes/upgrades/system bugsMaintains knowledge of products and ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer repair related issuesCoordinate all repairs parts for services, and what needs to be returnedEnsure proper pricing is applied to all service contractsCommunicate to Management on-going repair issueAssist Sales Reps in creating Repair Quotes using the Quote System; andConvert into a sales order once accepted by customerProcess equipment loaner forms and the appropriate contract on discrete repairs requests by customersCoordinate with Technical Services department, process equipment loaner requests from customersSupport and abide by all policies and procedures of the companyAct as a member of continuous improvement team undertaking projectsSeek ways to improve the quality of the company's products and servicesPerform other tasks as assignedMAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicantsHeadquartered in Augusta, GA since 1973, MAU is a family and minority-owned company offering better processes and better people to create efficiencies and greater profits for our clientsOur relationships with world-class companies, our training programs and our culture of family allow MAU to offer better results, better jobs, and better lives to those who work with us.
