Senior Quality Engineer
Job DetailsJob LocationRoechling Automotive- Duncan - Duncan, SCDescription Manage Problem Solving activities for Part Quality problems based on 8D methodology (including creation of Q Alerts) Manage Customer Portal tasks.
Support QRQC daily activities (Maintain data updates) Manage Supplier Quality topics and escalate to SQE accordingly Support Launch / APQP activities per Ramp Guidelines Conduct audit activities based on Plant Audit Schedule (Product, Process, System, Customer) Maintain Statitical Process Control data and react with team accordingly.
Support operational problem solving activities and creation of boundary samples.
Support Q-Decision making based on Boundary samples - 2nd Level escalation Management of Blocked Stock material and claims in SAP Support Quality Training activities for Quality Auditors and other peers as needed.
Other duties as defined by Quality Manager.
QualificationsWork experience requirements:
Minimum 5 years in related position in automotive industry Minimum 5 years Experience on Customer Specific Requirements Experience in Quality Systems (Preferably IATF) Education Requirements:
BS in related field preferred or applicable job experience preferred SAP knowledge a plus Recommended Skills Auditing Automotive Industry Claim Processing Decision Making International Automotive Task Force Problem Solving Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
