As a CMM Field Service Technician at MSI Viking, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) at customer sites.
You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CMMs to ensure they operate accurately and reliably.
This includes mechanical, electrical, and software components of the CMMs.
Successful candidates are meticulous, detail-oriented, self-starters who are committed to quality, precision, and timeliness in their deliverables.
With this position being a field service role, the ideal candidate will be located in the Southeast region of the United States.
Requirements Excellent communication skills (with both customers and co-workers) Reliable vehicle with current insurance Valid Drivers License Full service of Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and similar equipment, including calibrating, troubleshooting, repairing, prep for move, etc Problem-solving and repairing with minimal support Pay attention to job requirements - ex.
