AEL-Span, a rapidly growing supply chain solutions company, is currently looking for a dedicated HR Generalist for our new facility in Duncan, South Carolina. This individual is responsible for all general human resource functions, while focusing on our philosophy of Excellence through Passion.
The right candidate will provide Human Resources support to the Operations and Corporate teams by, but not
limited to, staffing on site, preparing new hires, maintaining time clock and time cards for accuracy, creating bi-weekly/weekly payroll reports, acting on requests for temporary staffing with agencies, leading team member relations issues, worker's compensation claims, FMLA administration and assisting with company recruiting efforts.
Requirements:
Ablility to handle confidential materials with the highest degree of integrity
Capable of collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with all types and levels of team members in a professional manner
Proficient in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Power Point
Excellent communication skills, including oral and written
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Two (2) years of Human Resource experience preferred
This position requires the successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
